Today is the first day of Spring, or if you’re in to Astrology, the Spring Equinox. Is that even Astrology? I’m not sure, but I’ll go with it. Not only is it the first day of Spring, but it’s also the first day of the season our son’s birthday will be! How crazy is it that next year at this time we’ll be planning Lucas’ 1st birthday?! Still trying to wrap my head around that.
My cousin took maternity pictures for us today. I’m excited for Spring & all, but can I just say that I’m missing the cold weather? Well, our version of cold weather, which is somewhere between 50 & 60 degrees. It was HOT outside today and very windy, which made for some interesting picture-taking weather. She just sent me a sneak peek of some of the pictures though, and they look great! She is so talented & I am so happy that she was able to capture such a special time in our lives for us. Also, my belly is huge, but I guess that’s what being almost 9 months pregnant gets me! I’ll post some pictures on here once they’re uploaded on my computer. I can’t wait to see all of them!

THANKS A LOT, MOM. I WANT THIS TO BE THE FIRST ALCOHOL I SIP AFTER A LONG 9+ MONTHS OF ZERO ALCOHOL. YUM.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING PREGNANT || BABY MOVEMENTS. WHEN I’M SITTING OR LAYING DOWN, IT’S LIKE A CONSTANT PARTY IN MY BELLY. NOT ONLY CAN I FEEL LUCAS MOVING AROUND, BUT I CAN SEE HIM MOVING BECAUSE MY BELLY MOVES. HE MUST HAVE HIS OWN LITTLE DANCE PARTY IN THERE, BECAUSE MY BELLY IS DOING THE WAVE NON-STOP. I LITERALLY JUST SIT AND STARE AT MY BELLY MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I’M SITTING DOWN. IT’S AMAZING TO SEE HIM MOVING AROUND IN THERE FROM THE OUTSIDE & FEELING HIM INSIDE MY BELLY TOO. I LOVE WHEN BRANDON SEES HIM MOVE – CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD. HE IS ALREADY SUCH A GREAT DAD. 🙂
