Once again, horrible at keeping up with this but still plan on getting better at it. Life is just so busy!
Our little man turned one last week! How can he be one already?! I really don’t know, but he is. He is always on the move and such a happy boy. His laugh is contagious, and he is so goofy.
His party was a safari/zoo/jungle theme and turned out great! I worked super hard on decorations, and he seemed to have a really fun time.
Throwing a one year old’s birthday party is exhausting! Lucas and everyone else seemed to really enjoy it though, and I was really impressed with my party planning skills. Everything turned out a lot better than I thought it would (obviously had a whole lot of faith in myself for that one!)
This weekend we are planning on going to my favorite donut place ever, District Donuts in New Orleans. Seriously, if you love donuts or even don’t like donuts, go there and you’ll never look at a donut the same way again. SO GOOD!
