Logan is here! And my heart has somehow expanded to love another little boy as much as I love his big brother. Y’all, Lucas is literally the light of my life and I just didn’t understand how I was going to be able to love another baby as much as I love Lucas, but it happened and somehow I now have two lights of my life. Scratch that – three, can’t forget their daddy 🙂
Logan was born August 15th, weighing 7lb 11oz (smaller than his big brother.) I was shocked that Logan was smaller at birth than Lucas considering how big my belly was this time around.
Lucas did SO GOOD meeting his little brother. One of the best moments of my life was to see the two of them together for the first time. I’m obsessed. Lucas has come to the hospital twice to see us, and both times he is so excited to see Logan. He must have given him 100 kisses already. THE SWEETEST!
I’m writing Logan’s birth story right now in between nursing and trying to get some sleep in the hospital. I can’t wait to get home and get in to the routine of our new normal with a toddler and a newborn!
